Yahaya is the Principal Partner of Law Allianz which he founded in 2008. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1992 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1994.
He has also been a member of the Law Society of England and Wales since 2013. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, entertainment law and commercial/corporate law. He generally advises company boards on corporate governance, tax and securities matters.
He is also a leading lawyer in Africa for the Gaming and Leisure industry. Yahaya began his career as Legal Advisor to Aso Savings & Loans Plc. Thereafter, he worked as the Company Secretary for First Alliance Pension and Benefits until he left to start Law Allianz.
