Mark is a gaming industry executive with a career spanning land-based casino operations, slot machine manufacturing, gaming systems development, online gaming and lottery technical operations and regulatory affairs at the local and federal levels internationally.
His resume includes working at Harrah’s Entertainment at the property and corporate level, at WMS Gaming Inc. and at Scientific Games. He worked with the International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA) for fifteen years representing those gaming companies and was IGSA’s Treasurer and then Vice Chairman Board of Directors. In 2017 he joined the association as the Managing Director of GSA Europe. In 2018 he was named Vice President of IGSA in addition to his responsibilities looking after the European office. He is currently Acting President of IGSA.
In 2019, Mark was named co-project leader of the European Committee for Standardization’s TC/456 which, at the European Commission’s request, successfully created the first ever pan-European gaming standard for “Reporting in support of Online Gambling supervision”. Most recently he has been working with the government of the Republic of Georgia and its regulatory authority, creating regulations and technical requirements for land-based and online gaming

As Acting Director of Inspections, Investigations, Compliance, and Enforcement at the Gaming Regulatory Commission, Gifty-Rita has led pivotal initiatives in regulatory oversight, risk management, and strategic enforcement, driving regulatory compliance and industry-wide standards. Her expertise also extends to roles as Deputy Director Legal, Board Secretary, and Senior Associate, where she has fostered high-level stakeholder engagement and developed key industry standards, establishing her as a trusted advisor.

Until his emergence as the Executive Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu was the Managing Director/CEO of Lagos State Development Property Corporation (LSDPC).
He was also a 3-time Commissioner in Lagos State, having served in the Ministries of Economic Planning & Budget, Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of Establishments, Training & Pensions.

Cleveland Allen is an Attorney-at-Law called to the Bar in Jamaica and Barbados. Cleveland has experience in litigation, commercial and gaming law. He joined the Casino Gaming Commission in 2014 as Legal Officer and Commission Secretary.
During his tenure he was instrumental in providing the legal and corporate governance support for the development and implementation of the regulatory framework for the Commission. Cleveland subsequently joined the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission where he served as Senior Legal Officer.
