As Acting Director of Inspections, Investigations, Compliance, and Enforcement at the Gaming Regulatory Commission, Gifty-Rita has led pivotal initiatives in regulatory oversight, risk management, and strategic enforcement, driving regulatory compliance and industry-wide standards. Her expertise also extends to roles as Deputy Director Legal, Board Secretary, and Senior Associate, where she has fostered high-level stakeholder engagement and developed key industry standards, establishing her as a trusted advisor.
Gifty-Rita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Barrister at Law (BL), and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Oil & Gas from the University of Ghana.
