A trusted advisor in Cameroon's fast-growing betting sector, he provides strategic guidance to betting operators, payment service providers (PSPs), and investors on navigating complex regulatory frameworks, securing licenses, and executing high-value integrations.
With extensive experience structuring agreements for payment platforms and fintech partnerships, Edwin also leads major corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, PPPs, and restructuring, particularly for clients in gaming and financial services.
